The best value are highlighted in green. When compared to the 36p it costs for a 2nd class stamp it is easy to see just how much you can save by using our services. In excess of 50%  savings are achievable given the volume (4000 items) and the correct presentation (OCR). We challenge you not to save!

A 2p per item discount is available for advertising mail on the mailsort 1400 service

Definitions:
Mailsort 3: 5 to 7 day typical delivery
Mailsort 2: 2 to 3 day typical delivery
Mailsort 1: Next day typical delivery

Directs: minimum of 25 records required within a postcode sector to qualify
Residues: records that do not have 25 within the postcode sector

Mailsort letter requires a minimum of 4000 postcoded items, or 2000 within the same postcode area to qualify.

OCR: optical character recognition – readable by automatic mail sorting machine

Advertising Mail requires the content to be 100% advertising and the data to be clean.
