We offer a number of services to help you to do this.
Our mailsort and walksort processing service will enable you to access the Royal Mail’s discount postage services for volume mailings. Our experience in this field allows us to choose the right service to meet your mailing requirements.
We can automatically remove duplicated data, invalid addresses and out of date records. We can remove those who have specifically requested not to receive mailings (MPS), and we can access the bereavement register to ensure that no distress is caused to relatives of the recently deceased.
We can also run your data against the Post Office Address file to ensure that your data is accurate and you will therefore receive the maximum postal discounts available.
Without accessing these services you run the risk of wasting your time, money and effort by mailing prospects that will either never receive your information, or even worse, will receive it in error.
Imagine a letter that starts:
“Dear Mr Smith - Deceased” .... We have seen it here far too many times!
Typically you will have a mailing list sourced in advance, whether it be your prospect list or a list that you have bought in. If you do not have a list then we can source one for you to your exact requirements. As a broker we can often get these lists much cheaper than you can rent them for yourself. Alternatively, we can create databases from your own paper documents / surveys etc via data capture and OCR scanning.
