One of the major advantages of using FBI Direct to distribute your mailings is that we offer you heavily discounted UK postage rates. We have calculated that, in the majority of cases, the savings that we can achieve against Royal Mail rates will in effect pay for all of our processing, personalisation and fulfilment costs. In essence you get it mailed for free. This also applies if your current mailing house is still processing your mail through Royal Mail. For discounted overseas postage rates please give us a call on 0800 0266 855.
What are directs and residues you may well ask? When a database is mailsorted there are minimum quantity requirements within each postcode area that need to be met to qualify for the higher discount levels. Those that achieve this requirement are directs, those that do not become residues.
