If you send us a specific quotation request by email we will aim to reply to you by email within a one hour period during normal working hours.
The request is also forwarded to the directors mobile email accounts so even with out-of-hours requests there is still a good chance that you will still get a rapid response.
If the quotation request is straight forward, for example if it contains the following information, then you will get a quotation by return:
Number of database records to process
Pack dimensions & weight: A5 letter / A4 large letter etc
Personalisation processes required: laser print / inkjet / labels etc
Outer format: envelope / polywrap / inkjet direct to postcard
Envelopes: window or non-window, any over-printing required
